Neovoxia is supporting one of its partner clients, SAI France (Viverde group), in the recruitment of its future Electrotechnician / Electromechanic on a permanent contract (CDI).

YOUR MISSION

Within the Engineering team, working closely with engineers and project managers, you are the electrotechnical referent and the guarantor of electrical choices across all our projects. You intervene throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to commissioning, with a key role: designing, structuring, and securing the entire electrical part of our equipment.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

In the Pre-sales phase:

• Analyze specifications and client constraints to define suitable electrotechnical solutions
• Pre-dimension and identify necessary components (enclosures, instrumentation, motorization, sensors...)
• Evaluate costs (components, integration, wiring) in connection with systems engineers, as part of project estimation

In the Implementation phase: Within the framework of industrial filtration and ventilation system projects, including fans, motorized dampers, sensors, and pneumatic systems:

• Design the control logic ("control philosophy") and automation of our electrical enclosures and cabinets
• Validate electrical diagrams (single-line diagrams, ....) of the installations
• Validate and precisely specify electrical components (calibration, references, integration) for the realization of the systems
• Write technical specifications and consult industrial electricity suppliers
• Define the integration of electrical solutions (layout, cable routing, interfaces with other systems)
• Ensure the manufacturing follow-up of electrical enclosures and cabinets in connection with subcontractors

Testing and commissioning:

• Define and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), verify the compliance of equipment (enclosures, cabinets, instrumentation, field equipment) and guarantee its proper functioning before shipment
• Participate in on-site commissioning at client sites in France and abroad
• Diagnose and resolve any malfunctions

Documentation and technical structuring:

• Produce technical documentation for electrical and instrumentation systems (PID, operating logics, electrical consumer lists)
• Write installation, commissioning, and maintenance manuals
• Participate in the standardization of electrotechnical solutions (choice of components, enclosures, best practices) to optimize the reliability and repeatability of projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Training in electrotechnics, electromechanics, or equivalent (Associate's to Master's degree)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electricity, ideally in a tailor-made project context
• Ability to read and design electrical diagrams
• Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation components: motors, variable speed drives, sensors (pressure, temperature...), solenoid valves, actuators
• Ability to dimension electrical enclosures and cabinets
• Knowledge of ATEX environments, international standards, and mastery of electrical diagram software are assets for the position
• Technical English (exchanges with suppliers and clients, technical documentation)
• Qualities: autonomy, sense of responsibility, field spirit and pragmatism, ability to analyze and solve concrete problems, rigor, teamwork
