Procurement Officer - industry (apprenticeship) - M/F

Neovoxia is supporting one of its partner clients, SAI France (Viverde group), in recruiting the future member of the Operations and Support team to join the industrial procurement function. We are looking for our future apprentice to join our Operations and Support team as a Procurement Officer. Start date: September / October 2026 Contract: apprenticeship contract Desired rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week in training per month. Your missions As part of this apprenticeship, your missions will be: Assist the Procurement Manager in managing supplier orders (registration, monitoring, follow-up).

Participate in stock management and optimization.

Analyze needs and order forecasts.

Update information and the supplier database in the ERP.

Participate in managing disputes with suppliers and proposing solutions.

Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes. Your profile Training & experience: training in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or international trade (preparing for at least a Bac +3), you benefit from a first experience in procurement management (long internship or apprenticeship), ideally in the industrial sector.

Tools: Good mastery of Excel. Knowledge of an ERP (Clipper, SAP…) would be a plus.

Professional English required (international environment).

Required qualities: Interpersonal skills, rigor, proactivity, ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Why join us?
