Steel Structure Calculator M/F
To support our development, we are strengthening our Etudes de Détails department and are looking for a Steel Structure Calculator.
Reporting to the Responsable du Bureau Etudes de Détails, you are responsible for the detailed studies related to one or more projects from the design phase to the production of fabrication files. In general, you:
- Analyze the specifications
- Dimension steel frameworks
- Calculate load distributions
- Plan the execution studies entrusted to you
- Report on the progress of studies to your management and the project team
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- Provide technical solutions within the framework of the project
- Coordinate a team of dessinateurs projeteurs (1 to 3 people)
- Prepare the deliverables inherent to your profession due to the various project milestones
- Ensure technical exchanges with subcontractors related to your profession
- Control execution plans, fabrication files, and assembly files
- Assist assembly teams (assembly, mounting, clearing reservations)
You are responsible for the application of standards and norms related to your profession and participate in their evolution (procedures, technical notes, etc.). You ensure the quality of studies while respecting the allocated budget.
With an initial education of Bac +5 / Bac +3 in steel structure calculation, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar missions. You have good knowledge of industrial drawing, steel framework, and sheet metal work. You master the software Robot, as well as office software. Mastery of the CAO software Tekla is an asset. You also know how to write and read an email in English.
You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, have an eye for detail, and good interpersonal skills.
