Head of Engineering

We are looking for a Head of Engineering responsible for leading the technological strategy, strengthening engineering capabilities, and evolving the organization's software development services. The role requires high exposure to strategic clients, participation in digital transformation initiatives, and leadership of large-scale teams. Stack oriented towards cloud, enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and technological modernization.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the engineering strategy and technological evolution of the organization.

Lead architects, engineering managers, technical leads, and communities of practice.

Develop technical capabilities aligned with current and future market needs.

Drive technological modernization, cloud, artificial intelligence, and automation initiatives.

Participate in pre-sales, discovery, solution definition, and proposal construction processes.

Support account growth through technological advisory and building trust with clients.

Define engineering, architecture, quality, and development best practice standards.

Manage indicators of productivity, quality, technological adoption, and engineering maturity.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in technology and software engineering.

Previous experience as CTO, Director of Technology, Head of Engineering, Director, or Engineering Manager.

Experience leading engineering organizations of more than 100 professionals.

Experience managing architects, technical leaders, and engineering managers.

Experience in technological services, consulting, or digital transformation.

Experience in pre-sales, business development, and account growth.

Experience interacting with executives at a management level.

Solid knowledge in software engineering, SDLC, enterprise architecture, and solution architecture.

Experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and technological modernization.

Experience in engineering governance, operational excellence models, and technological financial management.
