Digital Delivery Manager – DDC

We are looking for a Delivery Manager – Digital Engineering to lead the operation, growth, and evolution of software engineering services in digital transformation projects. The role requires experience in software engineering and delivery management, working in a hybrid modality in Bogotá or Medellin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of software engineering services and programs, guaranteeing quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the financial health of accounts (revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, and cost control).
• Build and maintain solid relationships with business and technology stakeholders, including executive levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, professional development, and talent retention.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, and the adoption of AI-based solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales, solution definition, and account growth strategies.
• Ensure the use of operational, financial, and quality metrics for decision-making.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in positions of Delivery Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or similar in financial and/or insurance projects.
• Conversational English: B1 or higher.
• Experience leading engineering teams of more than 200 people.
• Experience in financial management of accounts with external clients (P&L, revenue, margin, forecast, and budget).
• Experience managing corporate clients and executive-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and delivery models.
• Knowledge of modern architectures, cloud platforms, and engineering metrics.
