Team spirit meets technology suitable for IT professionals after training with approx. 3–5 years of experience

Buddy onboarding, clear standards, and knowledge exchange ensure a secure start. You drive your topics forward, proactively report if something gets stuck, and work so cleanly that collaboration remains easy – both within the team and in international exchange in English.

Your future tasks:

• Operation and further development of modern IT services as well as workplace/cloud solutions in the global IT & ERP team.
• Implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of new systems, tools, and technologies.
• Structured analysis and independent troubleshooting in ticket-based day-to-day business – including clean documentation and sustainable solution finding.
• Participation in (international) IT projects as well as taking over clearly defined sub-tasks or smaller sub-projects (planning and implementation).
• Coordination and alignment with internal contact persons as well as – as required – with external service providers.
• International onsite assignments (1–2×/year) are predictable and coordinated well in advance.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification (training/further education).
• Approx. 3–5 years of experience in the IT environment (e.g., system/workplace/client administration) as well as interest in new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of local on-premises environments: user and group management, local GPOs, authorization concepts on local file servers, printer management on local print servers, and IP management/DHCP.
• Practice in modern hybrid/cloud environments, ideally with Microsoft 365 as well as Entra ID/Intune (user/group management, client/endpoint management).
• Understanding of common client and security topics (e.g., MFA/Windows Hello for Business, client security) as well as confident working with common M365 applications.
• Confident in ticket-based day-to-day business – from structured error analysis to sustainable solutions – and experienced in the planning and execution of projects.
