Solution Architect (K/M)

Hi! This is Neontri - we are a company of over 120 people. We specialize in two areas: we create systems commissioned to us by our Clients (most often we create something from scratch, or add completely new functionalities) mainly from the areas of: finance, banking, fin-tech, e-commerce - though not only :) we support our Clients in recruiting Specialists, and we strive to select the best-matched offers for our Candidates (so-called body leasing)

Project information: Currently, we are looking for a Solution Architect for our internal project team Project: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and conducting discussions regarding their business and technological needs. (various projects) Technology Stack: Backend Stack (min. Java, Python, iOS/Android, Rest, CI/CD, Docker) Team: Scrum Work mode: Remote (occasional trips to Warsaw) Salary: 160-190 PLN/h Cooperation model: contract with Neontri

Requirements

Apply if you have:

experience in IT consulting a good understanding of backend system architecture and software development processes knowledge of modern backend technologies, API, system integrations, databases, and cloud environments the ability to navigate technical topics fluently no fear of working directly with the client, including conducting meetings and workshops the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions experience in project/delivery management and coordinating the work of technical teams very good communication and presentation skills English language at a level that allows for fluent communication with clients
