Our M&A/Private Equity team continuously advises on corporate law issues and comprehensively on transactions. Our clients include, in particular, MidCap Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies. What you bring to the table You have achieved excellent academic results (min. 9 points in the mandatory part of the first state examination) and possess excellent English skills You enjoy creative and independent work You possess a high level of commitment, quick comprehension, can think outside the box, and enjoy working in a team No prior experience in the field of Private Equity/ M&A required – your interest and your desire to engage with new topics are what matter to us!
