Our Disputes team represents clients ranging from start-ups to Dax corporations, as well as private individuals, in commercial law disputes. We are specialists in procedural law and are looking for team players who want to experience and learn forensic legal practice not in the back room, but in the front row. What you bring to the table You have achieved excellent academic results (min. 9 points in the mandatory part of the first state examination) and possess excellent English skills You enjoy creative and independent work You are eager to familiarize yourself with diverse new topics, particularly regarding liability, competition, and corporate law You possess a high level of commitment, quick comprehension, can think outside the box, and enjoy working in a team
