Your Tasks You will advise within an integrated team on all matters regarding acquisition and debt financing in the context of transactions, whether specifically acquisition financing in Private Equity transactions, Venture Debt for start-ups/grown-ups, or real estate financing. You will be part of the transaction teams and closely connected to the transactions.

What you bring to the table You have outstanding legal qualifications (a total of at least 18 points) You are starting your career with us or already have professional experience You are enthusiastic about M&A, acquisition financing, Venture Debt, and the entire range of debt and shareholder financing of companies - prior experience not required You think and act entrepreneurially You enjoy working in a team and want to move things forward together For you, initiative, thinking outside the box, and very good English skills are a matter of course
