To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for reinforcement in full-time at the earliest possible date. You do not need to be a trained tourism professional – we will provide intensive training!

Your tasks:

• Competent advice for our customers and development of tailor-made individual trips
• Complete processing of bookings and reservations (focus on Southeast Asia, Orient, Indian Ocean)
• Use of tourism systems for flight and service booking
• Customer care before, during, and after the trip

Your profile:

• Background: Commercial training or experience in high-end customer service, hospitality, event management, or similar.
• IT affinity: High motivation to learn the industry software Sabre as part of our induction, paired with confident use of a PC.
• Passion for travel: Great enthusiasm for traveling.
• Way of working: Resilience, initiative, and a structured way of working.
• Communication: Strong communication skills as well as good English skills.
