RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within the Direction de la Scolarité, you will support students, and more specifically international students, in their administrative procedures, particularly regarding their integration and housing. You will coordinate the department's activities on these topics, ensure the quality of information and communication materials, and provide support to the manager in cross-functional missions. Main functions: Management of visas and residence permits for international students
- Implementation and monitoring of procedures and operating modes relating to visas and residence permits for non-European students (follow-ups, controls, coordination with relevant services)
- Representation of NEOMA with partner organizations and institutions (Préfecture, Campus France...)
- Production of documents necessary to support students in their administrative procedures
- Development, monitoring, and updating of the activity calendar
Integration & administrative support for students:
- Coordinate the welcome and integration of international students.
- Support students in their external administrative procedures (visa, residence permit...).
- Ensure the coordination of cross-functional missions with internal services (administrative registrations, attendance, absences).
- Be the main point of contact for graduating international students.
- Support the team in daily missions, including the Front team, particularly during holiday periods.
Data quality and compliance
- Guarantee the reliability and compliance of the department's data.
- Control the files and queries used by the department.
- Perform necessary adjustments and produce reporting and monitoring indicators.
- Develop and disseminate procedures and operating modes for supporting international students.
Coordination and communication with stakeholders
- Develop and update information messages and communication materials for students on specific topics.
- Maintain a good relationship with our external partners. More specifically, be the referent in charge of the immigration partnership relationship (Ministère de l'Intérieur, Préfectures, Campus France...).
- Actively participate in various events related to the welcome and support of international students (Virtual Cafés, Amphis, Forums, Welcome Days, Farewell, etc.)
