Profile:

Demonstrated experience (≥ 3 years) in application development or recruitment in higher education / executive education across at least two of the three zones: Europe, Africa, Asia.

Fluent English is imperative (C1/C2), both written and spoken.

Professional proficiency (minimum C1) in at least one additional language covering the target markets (for example, among: Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, German - depending on the zones actually covered by NEOMA).

Knowledge of the cultural codes and decision-making processes of executives/managers in the target markets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital environments for international lead management.
