Junior Engineer – Service & Quality Assurance
NEODENT A.E., the only vertically integrated production unit for dental equipment, is seeking an Engineer to staff the Technical Service & Quality Assurance departments.

Main responsibilities
Technical Service Daily communication with customers and suppliers, via telephone and email, regarding Service and technical support issues. Receiving and managing Service requests, from initial communication to the completion and closing of the case (quotes, orders, service reports, checklists, etc.) Receiving and managing devices and components for inspection or repair, with their entry and monitoring in the information system. Active support of the Service Manager in the daily scheduling and coordination of technicians, visits, installations, maintenance, and repairs. Preparation and monitoring of Service quotes, repairs, spare parts, and related works. Organization & coordination of technicians' movements (e.g., visit plan, scheduling appointments with customers-contractors etc., issuing tickets and organizing travel for the service team etc.) Monitoring open tasks and pending items and coordination with technicians, customers, and partners for their timely completion. Preparation and participation in Service Department meetings, with updates on pending items, scheduled tasks, and KPIs. Management and organization of technical documentation and Service files.
Quality Assurance Support of the Quality Management System Maintenance and updating of procedures and files (in ENGLISH) Monitoring of non-conformities and corrective actions (CAPA) Participation in the preparation of internal and external audits Support of all processes according to ISO 13485 and MDR Collaboration with other departments on quality and technical documentation matters
Required Qualifications: Degree from a Polytechnic School (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineer or related specialty) Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) Very good computer skills Analytical thinking and ability to understand technical issues Organizational skills, consistency, and attention to detail Very good communication skills
