Project Manager - Product Data (M/F)

The Company

At NeoCondo, we support textile companies (clothing, footwear, home linens) and furnishing companies towards a more sustainable production model. We develop a SaaS platform addressing 4 major needs of these companies:

• Traceability - collecting information on their products' production chain from their suppliers
• Life Cycle Assessments - calculating and understanding the environmental impacts of their products

• Eco-design - reducing these impacts through concrete solutions
• Customer Communication - complying with current regulations and communicating on their CSR commitments

In order to support the growth of our activities, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The position is split between Project Manager missions (supporting our current clients) and Product Data Manager missions (managing service quality and internal processes).

Your Missions

Project Manager

• Operational management of the relationship with assigned client accounts: support in implementing the solution, discussions on needs and feedback, monitoring developments
• Management of the platform's after-sales service for all users (brands and suppliers) internationally: answering questions, support in using the tools

• User training (in French and English)
• Monitoring the product roadmap: reporting client needs, discussions with the technical team, project prioritization

• Feeding the product roadmap and proposing new features

Product Data Manager

• Analysis of the performance of tools provided to clients: creation and monitoring of performance indicators by functionality (traceability campaigns, Life Cycle Assessment.)
• Management of the consistency of the data present on the platform and data testing, in order to guarantee service quality

Transversal Tasks

• Participation in commercial events where NeoCondo is present: trade fairs, conferences, working groups.
• Monitoring regulatory developments in the textile and CSR fields

• Competitor study

Recruitment Process

Profile Sought Profile Sought

• 2+ years of experience
• A taste for client relations: desire to understand needs and define solutions in line with the product roadmap

• Very good communication, both oral and written
• English level C1 or C2

Optional Skills (a plus)

• Experience in a similar position: project management, customer success or product manager
• Knowledge of the textile sector: training or past experience in the field

• Desire to work in a company with an ecological or social mission: interest in environmental themes, CSR, reducing the impact of consumer products on the environment.
