Foreman (Male/Female)

Scope of duties:

1. organization and supervision of the assembly team's work at the installation site (EU countries and worldwide)
2. proactive support for the site manager in ongoing project coordination, determining current actions and priorities, relieving him of operational tasks (in German or English)
3. independent solving of technical and organizational problems on-site
4. supervision of compliance with BHP regulations and quality standards
5. enforcement of work discipline, punctuality, and order at the installation site
6. preparation and participation in the assembly of structural elements, production lines, and equipment

Requirements:

• education: basic vocational - necessary
• other: required professional experience in the position of foreman, team leader, or person coordinating a team, SEP qualifications, knowledge of technical drawing, ability to lead a team, active driving license cat. B, communicative knowledge of English or German, readiness for mobile work in different countries (90% of the time), ability to solve problems and organize own time, conscientiousness, accuracy, availability, honesty
