Assistant Residence Manager - CDI M/F - Nemea Appart'hotel

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (M/F) for our Nemea residence:

Under the authority of the Residence Manager, the employee (M/F) will be responsible in particular for:

• Welcoming and assisting our clientele on a daily basis, ensuring the management of arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out).
• Managing reservation requests and ensuring their follow-up.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of our clients throughout their stay and responding to their requests.
• Participating in the commercial development of the residence: phoning, mailing campaigns, apartment viewings, etc.
• Ensuring the administrative follow-up of the residence: invoice management, follow-up of various debtors, preparation and management of schedules, etc.
• Participating in the preparation and service of breakfast.
• Contributing to the proper upkeep of the residence: inspection and setup of apartments, monitoring and maintenance of common areas.
• Occasionally providing replacement for absent employees to ensure business continuity.

As a true primary point of contact for our students, you contribute to offering them a high-quality welcome and ensuring the smooth running of their stay.

You will also participate in the animation and coordination of the reception team, in close collaboration with the Residence Manager.

Versatile, organized, dynamic, and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you enjoy contact with clientele and wish to evolve in an environment where every day is different. Position to be filled as soon as possible, in a full-time CDI (35h/week).

Variable hours, with 2 fixed rest days per week.

You will benefit from a 13th month pro rata to actual working time.

A good level of English is expected.

You are comfortable with IT tools.

Knowledge of Mews is a plus.
