Nelson Architects is looking for a dedicated Project Supervisor to ensure every project is executed with precision, quality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and finishing quality.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and be based on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and the internal project team.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, and site safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Identify construction issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
