Finance manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Our client, an international full practice law firm experiencing strong growth, has mandated us to recruit their future bilingual English Finance Manager for a newly created position.

Under the supervision of the Head of Finance, EMEA and the Administrative Director in Paris for local matters, you will also have a finance team of three people to grow.

You are capable of handling daily matters such as billing, accounts payable, VAT, treasury, as well as payroll.

What you will manage***

• The billing of the Paris office, from pre-billing to collection, in direct contact with the partners.
• Accounts payable and expense reports.
• Taxation and VAT, in coordination with tax advisors and the French administration.
• The general ledger, treasury, and payroll, working in tandem with the Administrative Director.
• A team of three people to supervise, train, and develop.

Profile Description:

You have solid experience in financial management, ideally within a law firm or a professional services structure.

A finance degree such as DCG, and true proficiency with French accounting and VAT.

Being bilingual in English is not an option, it is a prerequisite; you will interact daily with Los Angeles.

You know how to manage a team.

You prioritize without panicking.

You keep your cool when everything accelerates, particularly during the annual closing period.
