Industrial Operations Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Under the responsibility of the Dunkerque Terminals Director, you will be trained in the operation of 2 storage depots for petroleum, chemical, and agro-chemical products, with the objective of becoming an Operations Manager within 6 to 12 months at one of our client's French depots.

Your missions will progressively be to: Build skills in your role of supervising operations teams and occasionally replacing these teams.Ensure the proper functioning and preservation of the facilities.Ensure the implementation of storage contracts.Manage product flows.Ensure daily relationship management with the clientele.Implement and maintain the requirements arising from clients' storage specifications (Traceability, durability, certifications). Anticipate, manage, and monitor the storage capacities of the two sites.Write operating instructions and ensure their application.Ensure compliance with procedures relating to quality and product preservation.Participate in the development, implementation, and compliance with QHSE procedures within the framework of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Kosher certification, and HACCP.Participate in and lead client audits with the support of the QHSE engineer.Provide the necessary data for invoicing.Process feasibility studies from the sales department.Coordinate your actions in close link with the technical department through regular operations-works organization meetings, and compliance with facility availability procedures.

Profile Description: You have 5 to 8 years of proven experience as an Operations Engineer or Team Manager acquired in a SEVESO-type industrial site or in a technical environment.You are curious and eager to learn.You are geographically mobile and ready, at the end of your training period, to take responsibility for an operations department.Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and being agile, you demonstrate rigor and know how to manage different files simultaneously.You are demanding and benevolent, and have a collective spirit.You master professional English.Your safety culture and sense of customer service are your additional assets for this position.

Remuneration proposed for this position: From 50,000 euros gross per year, remuneration depending on profile.
