.Net developer within the public sector

About the role

As a system developer with us, you will work with the development, maintenance, and integration of modern system solutions based on the .NET platform. You will become a key person in teams delivering to government agencies, municipalities, and other public actors. The projects are often extensive and complex, with high requirements for security, availability, and user-friendliness. We are looking for you who have:

Approx. 4-8 years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET) in complex environments within the public sector

Solid experience with SQL Server – including administration and performance optimization

Experience with system integrations and API development (REST, CRUD) as well as message queues such as ActiveMQ Artemis and RabbitMQ

Proficiency in DevOps work in Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release flows, PowerShell scripts, YAML, version control in Git/TFS, and working in Visual Studio

Experience in deployment and configuration of Microsoft IIS servers

Good understanding of secure software development (Secure by Design) and identity management via AD/Federation, WS-Federation, and OAuth2

Experience with container and cloud-based solutions (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and Azure)

Experience of frontend development with Blazor, React, or Angular

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
