Finance Cost Controller (m/f/d) (Controller)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified person as a Finance Cost Controller (m/f/d) for our Controlling department at our location in Plettenberg or Altena, starting at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out regular reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Supporting the creation of investment calculations
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements as well as the further development of reporting
• Participation in the internal company financial planning and budgeting processes
• Preparation of key performance indicators as a basis for entrepreneurial decisions
• Maintenance and further development of existing key figures and reportings for controlling business activities
• Participation in the creation of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Close cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Center and the Center of Expertise

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/Controlling or comparable training
• Appropriate professional experience in financial management and/ or in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
• Experience in the automotive industry or a comparable industry is desirable
• Strong customer orientation and strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Problem analysis and problem-solving competence
• Conscientious way of working, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a hands-on mentality
• Moderation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications and reporting tools
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
