Job Description As a Shiftleader at Nedlin Hospitality, you will provide daily leadership to a team of 40 to 50 employees on the production floor. You are visible, involved, and drive with energy towards quality, results, and team development. You know better than anyone how to maintain an overview, optimize processes, and motivate employees. Together, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Are you a natural leader with an eye for people and results? We offer attractive employment conditions

• Gross monthly salary up to € 4,400 (based on full-time), excluding allowances
• Irregularity allowances up to 45% for evening shifts
• A contract immediately and good secondary employment conditions
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and 5.33% fixed year-end bonus
• Travel allowance and pension via MITT
• Working in a shifting schedule (05.30–14.15h / 12.00h–20.45h)

Some core tasks

• Daily management of production leaders, coordinators, and production employees
• Ensuring safety, quality, and progress on the work floor, despite the pressure on volume and productivity
• Organizing work meetings and daily starts
• Optimizing personnel planning and production processes
• Thinking along with and implementing improvement plans
• Identifying bottlenecks and acting adequately in case of deviations

What we ask of you in this role

• MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level
• Experience as a supervisor in a dynamic production or logistics environment with a short cyclic process
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Organizationally strong, with technical and process-related insight
• A coaching and motivating leadership style
• An eye for safety, quality, and the person behind the work
• Pragmatic, flexible, and stress-resistant.
