We are looking for you who are service-oriented, clear in your communication, engaged, and solution-oriented. You are a team-worker and thrive with varied tasks.

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and meticulous. You have a completed high school diploma and your technical competence consists primarily of Windows 7, Windows 10, AD-hantering, Office 365. If you have knowledge in Skype for business, Competella, Citrix, IFS, and MS AX, we see this as a plus. You express yourself very well in speech and writing, even in English. If you have previously worked at least two years with similar tasks, you can now become a part of the IT-team at Nederman.

As a servicedeskmedarbetare, you will receive, register, and handle cases that come in via telephone, systems, or email. You will be the one that Nedermanmedarbetare contact if they encounter problems with their computers, systems, mobile phones, and other workplace equipment.

Work in the servicedesk consists of, among other things:

• Distributing cases between different support departments
• Creating and maintaining How-to’s for end users
• Handling hardware orders for end users
• Troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining end users' equipment such as computers, mobile phones, and printers
• Handling the setup and decommissioning of end users in our internal systems
