LOGISTIC MANAGER

Our company Νεδελτζηδης Ανδρεας ΑΕ, which operates in the logistics sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Manager to take over the management and optimization of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport, managing the warehouse, controlling inventory, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar Logistics or Supply Chain Management position.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and mantis.
• Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel for data analysis).
• Leadership and organizational skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing daily supply chain operations (receiving, storage, distribution).
• Management and supervision of the warehouse team and drivers/carriers.
• Control and optimization of inventory (Inventory Control) to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Negotiation of contracts and prices with transport companies and suppliers.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene rules in the warehouse areas.
