In Herrljunga, approximately 40 employees work in a family-like and committed organization where everyone makes a difference. Now NOTE Herrljunga is looking for a quality technician who wants to combine operational quality work with the maintenance of management systems and quality development.

Job Description

As a quality technician, you will have a broad and varied role close to the operations. You will work both operationally with customer complaints, supplier deviations, and quality issues in production, as well as more strategically with management systems, ISO standards, and audits.

You thrive in a production-oriented environment where you switch between urgent quality matters and long-term development work. For the right person, there are very good opportunities to grow into a role with greater quality responsibility over time.

Your main tasks:

• Handle and follow up on customer complaints, supplier deviations, and other quality issues
• Work closely with production to identify, investigate, and prevent quality defects
• Participate in and drive improvement work related to processes and working methods
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the business's management systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and customer requirements
• Plan and participate in internal and external audits
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues on quality-related issues

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in quality work within manufacturing industry and who enjoy combining practical problem-solving work out in the operations with more structured quality and improvement work. You are unpretentious, curious, and confident in asking questions to find the right solutions. At the same time, you have the ability to drive your own issues forward and handle several parallel tasks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience of quality work within manufacturing industry, preferably electronics industry
• Experience of working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Experience with ISO 13485 is meritorious.
• Knowledge of validation and quality tools, for example IQ, OQ, PQ, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Experience of working in digital management systems
• Experience of customer complaints, deviation management, and improvement work
• Experience of LEAN and structured improvement work
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
