Senior Test Lead SAP Sales S/4HANA

We are looking for a senior SAP Sales Test Lead who will lead the testing work for Sales in the Swedish rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA program. You combine SAP SD expertise with test leadership and help the business verify that quotation, order, and invoicing flows function correctly. The assignment is with our client in Finspång.

About the assignment

– Define local test strategy, scope, planning, and working methods within the program's common testing framework.

– Identify critical Sales scenarios and adapt global test data to local business processes.

– Lead the creation of test cases and ensure traceability between requirements, processes, and test results.

– Plan and coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) together with the business, IT, and key users.

– Coordinate test data and dependencies related to data migration, adjacent process areas, and integrations.

– Drive defect management from registration and prioritization to follow-up, escalation, and verification of actions.

We are looking for you who have

– Experience of SAP SD in S/4HANA.

– Documented experience in test leadership, including SIT, UAT, and defect management.

– A good understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and how Sales data and integrations affect the flow.

– Experience of global template-based rollouts.

– Experience working in global and cross-functional teams and coordinating business, IT, and key users.

– Very good English in speech and writing.

Meritorious

– Experience of Quote-to-Cash and industrial spare parts business or aftermarket.
