QMS Supervisor

Job Details • Supervise, control, and develop ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSC CoC systems, including standards, customer requirements, laws, and other relevant requirements. • Plan and coordinate Internal Audit, Certification Audit, Customer Audit, and External Audit. • Control and follow up on CAR / NCR from root cause analysis and defining Corrective Action to monitoring effectiveness and closing issues. • Manage the Document Control system such as Manual, Procedure, WI, Form, Record, Master List, and Revision. • Monitor Risk & Opportunity, KPI, Legal & Other Requirements, Customer Requirements, and Action Plan. • Prepare information and coordinate Management Review. • Monitor performance results regarding Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety in collaboration with relevant departments. • Analyze KPI, defect trends, and recurring problems, and propose improvement guidelines. • Provide advice, training, and communicate system requirements to employees. • Assign, monitor, and provide guidance to staff in the Management System team. • Support the preparation and development of new standard systems or company requirements. • Report Audit status, CAR/NCR, KPI, and key system issues to the Management Representative (MR). • Perform other management system tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Male or female, aged 30–40 years. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Environment, Safety, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in ISO / QMS / Management System. Experience in Document Control, Internal Audit, CAR/NCR, or Audit Coordination. Knowledge and experience regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Experience in FSC CoC, Customer Audit, or other standard systems will be specially considered. If trained or experienced as an Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor, will be specially considered. Knowledge of Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, KPI, and relevant legal requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to read/communicate English related to the job. Skills in analysis, problem-solving, coordination, follow-up, and leadership. Able to work in factory areas and participate in Audits as necessary.
