As part of strengthening its Airframe team, our company is looking for several MRO Engineer / Technician - CAMO - Aircraft Transition (M/F) to work on airworthiness monitoring, document management, structures, and aircraft transition processes.

Your main missions:

  • Manage internal modifications, major STC under DOA Part 21, and monitor cabin inflammability files (FAR 25.853).
  • Apply and adjust the maintenance policy (MRBR, MPD, AMP, ALS).
  • Daily use of manufacturer technical documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM, AFM, ELA, WBM, LOPA/EEL).
  • Guarantee strict compliance with EASA Part M regulations (notably M.A.305).

The profile sought:

With a background as a Technician (Bac+2/3) or Engineer (Bac+5) in Aeronautical Maintenance or General Aeronautics, you have solid practical experience in aircraft transition, within an MRO, CAMO, or Part 147 environment.

You have developed the following skills:

  • Excellent mastery of airworthiness maintenance processes and EASA regulations (Part M, M.A.305).
  • Expertise in OEM documentation analysis (AMM, IPC, CMM, WBM, LOPA...).
  • Solid knowledge of structural work (SRM, NDT) and management of constrained elements (LLP, Hard Time, AD/SB).
  • Knowledge of DOA Part 21 modifications and cabin arrangement requirements.
  • Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written (exchanges and documentation 100% in English).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and good communication to integrate quickly into a high-stakes scheduling context.
