Quality Engineer - SARI (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of its Quality activities in critical industrial environments, our company is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer (M/F) to work within an engineering office dedicated to the processing of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and the management of the SARI scope.

You will play a key role in mastering the SARI subject, coordinating quality actions, managing people in MFT, as well as preparing final client presentations, within a structured, demanding, and compliance-oriented environment.

Your main missions:

• Manage and process the SARI scope: analysis, monitoring, corrective actions.
• Ensure people management in MFT (Management For Teams).
• Perform root cause analyses and define associated action plans.
• Prepare and deliver final client presentations (reporting, summaries, progress).
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and compliance reviews.
• Work at the interface with internal teams and industrial partners.

Profile sought: With a background in Quality Engineering, you have proven experience in an aeronautical industrial environment, with mastery of quality processes and a strong analytical capacity.

You have developed the following skills: Mandatory experience on the SARI subject. Mandatory knowledge of aeronautical industrial environments and their processes. Mastery of root cause analyses and quality methodologies. Ease in client communication and presentation of sensitive topics. Ability to work at the interface with several internal and external teams. Bilingual English (exchanges and presentations).

An appreciated plus: Experience in critical or regulated environments. Knowledge of quality tools (MFT, QRQC, etc.).
