Your responsibilities:

• Advising our customers and selling our additional services
• Creation and billing of rental agreements using our reservation system
• further administrative tasks in the back office (customer correspondence, complaint management, vehicle disposition, etc.)

What you bring to the role:

• completed vocational training (e.g., as Reisekaufmann / Reisekauffrau; Hotelkaufmann / Hotelkauffrau; Einzelhandelskaufmann / Einzelhandelskauffrau, etc.) or initial relevant professional experience from service-oriented sectors (e.g., sales, reception / front desk, travel agency, Call Center, flight attendant, or similar)

• a valid driver's license
• confident use of the English language
