Sales Manager - Retail
Role Summary
The Sales Manager owns the day-to-day performance and standards of NAYA by Africa's retail sales team across both shop locations. This role is responsible for turning NAYA's brand promise — a warm, sensory, educational, and premium in-store experience — into consistent, well-executed reality on the shop floor, while driving the sales results that support NAYA's growth targets. The Sales Manager leads, coaches, and holds accountable a team of Retail Sales Associates, and is the critical link between NAYA's brand vision and the customer standing in front of a shelf.
