Travel Agency Manager

Nouvelles Frontières, established in Guadeloupe for over 60 years, is looking for a Branch Manager (M/F) for its network of 6 travel agencies. Navitour Voyages is both a travel producer and a distributor. In its 6 points of sale and on its website, it offers stay packages that it has produced itself as well as those from major tour operators (Package holidays, Tours, weekends), as well as flights and cruises with all airlines. As part of the expansion of its agencies, Nouvelles Frontières is looking for an autonomous and motivated Branch Manager for the Jarry site, capable of supervising and motivating a team.

The missions are as follows:

• Follow the commercial policy
• Ensure relations with suppliers and service providers
• Organize the display of the sales area
• Advise the client on various products (transport, services), perform the reservation, and establish contractual documents
• Supervise customer advisors, motivate them, and encourage them to provide high-quality proposals.
• Manage staff schedules
• Supervise activities and their results
• Ensure follow-up with the network manager regarding performance and ensure the proper administrative and financial functioning of the point of sale.

Required skills: With a background in tourism, you have at least 4 years of successful experience in the sale of tourism products and services in a travel agency, you master the IT tools necessary for the sale of these products (Amadeus indispensable). You possess excellent interpersonal skills and management qualities. Proficiency in English
