Maintenance Officer

As Maintenance Officer   you will be joining the Maintenance Team.

Handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work. Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests. Carry out regular preventive maintenance. Inspect building facilities and equipment. Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors. Maintain electrical, plumbing, AC, and other facility systems. Keep maintenance records and service schedules updated. Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials. Respond to urgent maintenance issues. Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

Diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in building/facility maintenance. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and handle maintenance breakdowns. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and attend emergency maintenance when required.
