Job Purpose:

Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Train sales staff

Understand product information: outstanding features, appropriate fashion style, price, convention size, know how to apply...

Nationality: Vietnamese

Language: Good at English is a plus

At least 5 years in Retail and 02 years in Store Manager position (Sport fashion industry is a plus)

Experience in managing to performance targets desired

Good Communication

Strong personality and leadership.
