SMT Process Engineer (Open All Level)

Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SMT processes to ensure stable production, high quality, and yield improvement.

Set up machine parameters and develop production recipes for SMT equipment, including Screen Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow, AOI, and Flux Cleaning.

Program and optimize ASM Mounter and Parmi/Pemtron AOI machines.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

At least 3 years of experience in SMT engineering; candidates with stronger technical and leadership experience are welcome for higher-level positions up to Manager.

Good understanding of SMT processes, equipment, machine programming, and production troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with ASM Mounter and/or Parmi/Pemtron AOI is highly preferred.
