Your tasks

Primary Objective: Drive quality issue analysis, implement production process improvements, and provide technical presentations and customer resolutions.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications In-depth expertise in wire harness manufacturing processes, including wire stripping, crimping, soldering, resin molding, assembly, and testing.

Hands-on experience in quality defect analysis, root-cause identification, and solution implementation within the wire harness industry.

Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical and quality matters to clients.

Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Japanese.
