Requirements 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably Western-style, international, or upscale dining. Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Supervisor role. Good English communication skills. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Dynamic, proactive, and preferably relatively young. Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
