Production & Process Engineer

• Deep dive and understand product requirements: the product structure, equipment related,

materials, estimation of potential risks.

• Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the

efficiency of the Production Department.

• Verify whether workers operate according to SOP, equipment capabilities meet SOP, and

the effectiveness of process training.

• Bachelor's degree at least in major of rubber / polymer engineering;
• Manufacturing Excellence/Lean six sigma practices is preferred
• 5 years or more experience with good background in Rubber industrial manufacturing.
• Good comunication with English.
