Must-have:Lead
  • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production output in line with business targets.
  • Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and ensure effective manpower allocation.
  • Lead supervisors, shift leaders, and production operators; provide training and ensure adherence to established operating procedures.
  • Oversee the full production process, including molding, CNC machining, drilling, finishing, quality...
  • College/University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years production management experience (preferably in footwear, plastics, PU, CNC).
  • Knowledge of production process, tolerance standards, spec chart, data package & international SOP.
  • Skills: leadership, planning, data analysis, problem-solving, process improvement.
  • Basic English communication or higher.
