Purpose of the role We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven MT Manager to drive sales growth across the Modern Trade (MT) channel. The ideal candidate has experience in the FMCG industry, a good understanding of key retail chains, and the ability to manage a sales team to achieve business targets.

• 4–6 years of experience in sales or key account management within the Food & Beverage or FMCG field.
• Experience working with major Modern Trade chains, with a good understanding of the retail business.
