Mechanical Designer (Tool & Fixture) US Factory

Design, develop, and optimize tooling, jigs, and fixtures for automated manufacturing and assembly processes, particularly for connector, cable assembly, and optical connectivity products.

Develop mechanical concepts and solutions for assembly fixtures, inspection fixtures, and automation equipment.

Manage equipment and tooling installation, debugging, commissioning, and production ramp-up.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, tooling, jig and fixture design, or automation equipment design.

Hands-on experience in tooling/fixture fabrication, assembly, debugging, and production implementation is preferred.

Experience in connector, cable assembly, electronics, or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
