Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize the Company’s legal documents, including official letters, contracts, agreements, powers of attorney, and corporate legal dossiers (company incorporation, amendments to business registration, shareholders, business lines, etc.).
  • Review and assess legal risks in contracts and transactions with partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the Company’s legal rights...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, or related majors).
  • At least 02–03 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, legal consulting, or law firms.
  • Solid knowledge of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, and other relevant legal regulations.
