IE Manager (Working in Hai Phong)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to improve production efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing performance.

Drive line balancing, manpower optimization, capacity planning, and layout improvement.

Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve labor productivity.

Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and monitor IE KPIs, including UPH, labor...

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Solid experience in Industrial Engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in IE team management and production process improvement.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
