Failure Analysis Engineer/Manager (Electrical Or Physical)

Job Responsibilities

Perform electrical and/or physical failure analysis for electronic devices, PCBs, and semiconductor components to identify failure mechanisms and root causes.

Conduct visual inspection and physical analysis using microscopes, 2D/3D X-ray, and other analytical tools.

Perform non-destructive and destructive analysis using techniques such as LIT, SAT, chemical decapsulation, ion milling, SEM/EDX, and other relevant methods.

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Electrical FA: Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates with a good understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, PCB layout, electronic components, and communication protocols.

Physical FA: At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or electronics failure analysis is preferred.
