• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
