Purpose & Opportunity Provide technical expertise for the CargoWise platform, supporting ongoing digital transformation across Operations, Finance, system integration, and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on CargoWise experience in technical support, integration, configuration, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of eAdaptor, API/XML, Workflow, Registry, and CargoWise technical configuration.
• Understanding of freight forwarding operations and operational/finance workflows.
• Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical project delivery.
