3+ years of experience in Operations or Customer Service. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Management, Printing-related fields, or related disciplines. Experience in Order Management / Sales Admin / Customer Service is highly relevant.
