ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a global provider of robotics and automation solutions, supporting electronics manufacturing operations in Vietnam. We are looking for a Site Manager to be based at the customer site in Bắc Giang, responsible for daily site operations, engineering resources and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily activities at the assigned site and...

• Experience in site operations, engineering or project management, preferably in Electronics/Manufacturing.
• Experience managing engineers and coordinating third-party technical resources.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good Chinese and comfortable working with Chinese customers/teams and their working style.
• Communicative English for daily coordination.
• Experience in Robotics, Automation or Electronics Manufacturing is an advantage.
