- Lead engineering activities for new product development, product transfer, launch, and MP ramp-up.
- Develop manufacturing processes covering stamping, moulding, plating, assembly, labour, and packaging.
- Coordinate tooling, equipment, automation, fixtures, line setup, trials, and production readiness.

Education
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Product Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or project leadership, with hands-on exposure to new-product launch or product-transfer processes.
